AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and XRS Group Ltd concerning your access to and use of the Site, together with any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

Supplemental terms, policies, or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are expressly incorporated herein by reference.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The Site provides information about and access to a simulated proprietary trading evaluation platform. All trading activity made available through XRS is simulated only and does not involve real capital or live market execution.

The Site is directed primarily at users residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through the Site is appropriate for use in other jurisdictions. Users who access the Site from outside the United Kingdom do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.

‍PROFESSIONAL AND REGULATORY STATUS

XRS Group Ltd does not carry out any regulated investment activities. We are not a broker, dealer, investment manager, or financial adviser, and we do not accept deposits or hold client funds.

Any fees paid to XRS Group Ltd are solely for access to a simulated trading evaluation environment. Users do not trade real capital and do not receive investment advice or financial recommendations.

XRS Group Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and our services are not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

‍USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Site or platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where these Terms are breached.
