NO REFUNDS AFTER TRADING BEGINS

All purchases made on the XRS platform are for access to a simulated trading evaluation environment.

Once a user has placed any trade on a challenge account, the service is considered to have begun and no refunds will be issued.

This applies regardless of trading outcome, performance, rule violations, or account termination.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (UK / EU USERS)

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of purchase provided that no trading activity has taken  place.

By placing your first trade, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • the service has begun, and
  • you waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

‍NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

Challenge fees are non-refundable once trading activity has started. Fees are charged solely for access to the simulated evaluation environment and are not deposits or investments.

‍EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Poor performance or losses
  • Rule violations or disqualification
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Failure to understand the rules
  • ‍Technical issues outside our reasonable control
