Thanks to Dan Davis' hint
about contacting the Chevrolet Customer Assistance Line to request a
"restoration kit". You can call 800-222-1020 (select option 1 (english),
option 3 (general information) and option 2 (speak to a representative)).
You will need to provide your mailing address and Vehicle Identification
number (VIN) and Chevrolet will mail you a booklet (in 4-6 weeks) containing
all of the regular equipment, regular production options and dealer options
for your car.
